I am Kelli Gilbert, a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. After navigating through my own fitness journey, I realized I wanted to help other people understand getting healthy doesn't have to be an inconvenience. You can still eat all the foods you love (hello CARBS), and you don't have to run for hours on the treadmill to lose weight (unless that's what you enjoy)!
I will create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise to ensure the best results.
I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a sustainably healthy lifestyle, all while still enjoying everything you love.
