No worries, we all have to start somewhere. Working with a Trainer is a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! You will have the most options and therefore be able to make the most progress if you workout in a gym; however, an important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside or at home, we'll set up a plan for you.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
